While the lobby area was beautifully remodeled and the staff was friendly, my overall experience at Surestay Plus was disappointing. The room itself was outdated and in need of renovations. Cleanliness was an issue, as I encountered several maintenance problems during my stay. The breakfast offerings were decent, but there were a few drawbacks that overshadowed the positives.
